Nordic Walking:
Our alpine pastures and mountain paths are the ideal countryside to practise these sports which make it possible to reduce your weight and keep your body fit by walking, all of this at a really low cost. Our instructors of the Ski – and Boarder School of Ortisei will introduce you to the basic techniques of this activity.
Trampoline – jumping is not only fun, but also one of the most effective fitness exercise for old and young. Ideal for everybody, but indispensable for who has little time, but wants to move and burn every energy. Our jumping mats remain at your disposal every day to give you happy hours in the free time.
